Non-Urgent Estate Planning Appointments

An initial consultation with us for non-urgent estate planning is no charge if you (and your spouse), attend one of our Putting Your House In Order estate planning client orientation workshops prior to your initial consultation. We hold these workshops two times per month at our office in Port Huron. Click here to reserve your spot at this workshop. When we schedule your initial consultation appointment, we also schedule two additional appointments about 4-6 weeks apart, one to sign the estate planning documents and one for follow-up and funding of your trust. We block out three hours for each of these appointments. If we do not need these appointments, we can always cancel them.

At the initial consultation, we review with you your estate planning goals and the Personal Information Form which has been completed by you, detailing your family information and assets along with estate plan and asset documents you also bring in. After our discussion and review, we then can give you a fixed fee quote for a will based or fully funded trust based estate plan. If you want to proceed, we enter into a fee agreement, one-half the fee is due and we design your plan. If you do not proceed, there is no charge if you have attended one of our Putting Your House In Order estate planning client orientation workshops.
